Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

This website is operated by Empire FL General Services LLC, doing business as Empire FL Professional Cleaning ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or submitting a form, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Use of the site

This site is for information and service inquiries. Submitting a form starts a sales conversation, not a contract. Any work performed by Empire FL General Services LLC is governed by a separate written contract.

3. Quotes and on-site visits

Information on this website is provided for general guidance. Commercial cleaning pricing depends on the facility, the agreed scope of work, service frequency, access requirements, and other relevant conditions. We collect initial details by phone or email, then arrange a complimentary on-site visit. Quotes are prepared after an on-site assessment. Submitting a visit request does not confirm an appointment; our team will contact you to arrange a suitable time. The final scope, price, and service terms are documented in a written proposal or service agreement. Submitting a website form does not schedule service or create a cleaning contract.

4. Brand & content

All text, logos, images, and content on this site are property of Empire FL General Services LLC or its licensors. Don't reproduce or redistribute without permission.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. Cleaning results vary depending on the facility, surface materials, existing condition, and agreed scope of work. Some stains, wear, or pre-existing damage may remain after cleaning. Photos and examples do not guarantee an identical result at another facility.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empire FL General Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for any direct damages is limited to $100.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in the State of Florida.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
